Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a quality management system which is independent with all other department. It is only responsible for the sales department. Our QA will have a meeting with our production department every week, and there are 20 QC members to control the quality of production.
Quality Control Procedures
An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers. Quality control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments check the quality at every stage of production, from the incoming raw materials to the finished product. All products go through detailed inspection before packaging, including the size, color and workmanship to make sure they are in accordance with order request. Unqualified products will be kicked off.
